The basic rules for using the Everyday Atlas Co. website and buying through our Shopify store.

1. About these terms
These terms apply to everydayatlasco.com and purchases made through our Shopify store, shop.everydayatlasco.com. The store is operated by Everyday Atlas Co., LLC, a Colorado limited liability company ("we", "us"). Checkout and payment are handled by Shopify.
2. Where to buy
Our shop is open at shop.everydayatlasco.com. Our Etsy shop, EverydayAtlasCo, is coming soon; once it opens, personalized ornaments will be sold only on Etsy.
3. Products and images
Items are made to order. Product images and mockups are illustrations; actual colors, print placement and sizing may vary slightly due to screens and production methods. Size charts and materials are listed on each product page.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars and are shown at checkout on our Shopify store along with shipping and any applicable tax. We may correct pricing errors and may cancel and refund an order affected by an obvious error.
5. Orders
An order is accepted when production begins. We may decline or cancel an order (with a full refund) for reasons such as suspected fraud, an error, or content that breaks section 6.
6. Personalization content
If you submit text or images for personalization, you confirm you have the right to use them and that they do not infringe anyone's rights or contain unlawful, hateful, or explicit content. We may refuse any personalization request. You are responsible for the spelling and accuracy of what you submit.
7. Shipping, returns and privacy

8. Intellectual property
Designs, text, logos and graphics on this site belong to Everyday Atlas Co. or its licensors and may not be copied or resold without permission.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, the site and products are provided "as is", and our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited by law.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
11. Changes
We may update these terms; the version posted at the time of your order applies to that order.
